Refund policy

At Zauq e Sehat, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 3 days
  • Opened or used herbal products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Cash on Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable
