How to File for a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please email your order number, product name, proof of purchase, and a short description of the issue to info@zauqesehat.com.
Our Customer Care Team will review your case and get in touch with you shortly.
You may also reach us by calling +92 303 9091020 from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).
All eligible products must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return requests are only entertained if reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return Procedure

Take clear photos of the product(s) you wish to return as proof for our review.

Locate your purchase receipt (sent via email at checkout) containing your order number.

Submit a return request on our website with your name, contact details, reason for return, and supporting images/videos.

Our team will assess your request and contact you if it qualifies for return or exchange.

Once approved, you’ll be asked to ship the item back to our warehouse via a reliable courier service.

After review, we may offer an exchange, store credit, or replacement depending on the situation.
Please note: If approved, refunds will apply only to product cost — shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.
Eligibility Criteria for Return
You are eligible for a return or exchange if:

The product is defective, damaged, or incomplete upon delivery.

An incorrect item was sent.
Non-Eligibility Criteria
Returns will not be accepted if:

The product is simply no longer needed, not liked, or you changed your mind.

The product is customized, made-to-order, or purchased at a special discount.

The return is reported after 48 hours of delivery.

The product has been used, washed, stained, or tampered with.

Zauq-e-Sehat is responsible for returns only after the parcel reaches our warehouse.

Returns must be sent via courier; walk-in returns are not accepted.

Items purchased on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds, where applicable, may take 14–45 business days to process.
