How to File for a Refund
To request a refund, please email your order number,
product name,
proof of purchase (receipt or payment confirmation), and a brief explanation of your
reason for refund to
info@zauqesehat.com.
Our Customer Care Team will review your request and contact you for further assistance.
Alternatively, you can call us at +92 303 9091020, Monday to Saturday,
between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refund Request Procedure
- Contact our Customer Care Team via WhatsApp or Email at info@zauqesehat.com.
- Provide your order number and proof of payment (receipt sent at checkout).
- Explain your reason or issue for requesting the refund.
- Once approved, return the item to our warehouse using a reliable courier service.
- After inspection, your refund or store credit will be processed promptly.
Eligibility Criteria for a Refund
- Delayed Delivery: If more than 14 working days have passed beyond the estimated delivery date.
- Out of Stock: If a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation.
- Return Approved: If a return has been authorized and received back in our warehouse.
- Exchange Balance: If an exchange has been processed with a pending balance.
- Product Issue: If the delivered product is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
Note: Refunds apply only to the product cost. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Non-Eligibility Criteria
- Change of mind or dislike after opening the product.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Washed, used, or altered items.
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
- Products bought on sale or promotional discounts.
- Damaged or tampered packaging upon return.

Important Notes
- Refunds are processed only after product inspection by our Quality Team.
- Advance or partial payments for custom orders are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If store credit is issued, it cannot later be exchanged for a cash refund.
- Refunds are handled fairly within 14–45 business days, depending on the case.
